Clear, B2B manufacturing guidelines to protect your brand and ensure smooth production.
1 Manufacturing & Orders
- Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): Our standard MOQ is 10 units per design. Specific technical fabrics or specialized hardware may require higher minimums, which will be communicated during quoting.
- Prototyping & Sampling: We strongly advise clients to order a physical sample before bulk production. Sample timelines are generally 7-10 business days.
- Bulk Production: Bulk production timelines (typically 3-4 weeks) commence only after the Client provides written approval of the physical sample or digital mockup, and the required deposit has cleared.
2 Pricing and Payment Terms
- Quotations: All quotes provided are valid for 30 days. Prices are subject to change based on raw material costs after this period.
- Payment Structure: A non-refundable upfront deposit (typically 50% to 70%) is required to begin production. The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to the final shipment leaving our facility.
- Currency: All transactions are processed in USD unless otherwise stated.
3 Intellectual Property Rights
- Client Ownership: The Client retains all intellectual property rights, copyrights, and trademarks for the designs, logos, and artwork submitted to us.
- Indemnification: By submitting designs, the Client warrants that they hold the legal right to use said designs. The Client agrees to hold us harmless against any copyright or trademark infringement claims.
- Portfolio Usage: We reserve the right to photograph manufactured garments for our portfolio unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is agreed upon in writing prior to production.
4 Shipping, Customs, and Import Duties
- Freight: We utilize global express freight (primarily DHL). We are not liable for delays caused by weather, carrier logistics, or customs holds.
- Duties and Taxes: The Client is the importer of record. All international customs duties, import taxes, and VAT levied by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the Client.
5 Returns, Refunds, and Defects
Because we provide 100% custom cut-and-sew manufacturing, goods cannot be resold. Therefore, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for "change of mind" or errors in tech packs provided by the Client.
- Factory Defects: We utilize a strict 4-point QA inspection. If garments arrive with objective manufacturing defects, the Client must notify us in writing within 7 days of receiving the shipment.
- Resolution: Upon verification of a factory error, we will repair the items, replace them in the next run, or issue a credit. Minor variations in sizing (+/- 1 inch) or slight color variances in fabric dyeing are not considered defects.
6 Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall Sports Clothing Manufacturer be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profit or brand reputation, arising out of the manufacturing process, shipping delays, or product usage. Our maximum liability shall strictly not exceed the total cost of the specific manufacturing order in dispute.
7 Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Punjab, Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these terms or manufacturing agreements shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Sialkot, Pakistan.
